By using HikeCatalyst you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide AI-assisted career tools. Outputs are suggestions and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing anything before you use or send it.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not promise interviews, offers or any particular salary. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, submit unlawful content, or use it to impersonate others or mislead employers.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in rupees and include applicable taxes. Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload. We keep ownership of the platform, its design and its software.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Governing law and jurisdiction are to be set by counsel before launch.
