Refund Policy

1. Overview
All plans are one-time purchases. We want you to be confident in what you buy, so the rules below are simple.
2. Bootcamp
If the bootcamp is not useful, tell us within 24 hours of Day 1 ending and we will refund your registration fee in full.
3. Subscriptions and coaching plans
Digital access plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than a small share of the plan's AI actions. Coaching and mandate plans are non-refundable once the first session or deliverable has been provided.
4. How to request a refund
Email connect@hikecatalyst.com from your registered address with your order details. We reply within one business day and process approved refunds within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Taxes
Refunds include any GST collected on the refunded amount.
